Action Plan
The following is required to register as an exhibitor:
  • Select a site on the Exhibition Floor Plan, specify whether the stand will be conventional or nonconventional (own design), contact the Sales Managers, and reserve a stand.
  • Fill out the Application form for Basic Exhibition Services and the Terms of Participation in an Exhibition. Send them in electronic form to the manager who will be working with your company. After verifying the documents you have sent, print two copies of both documents, sign and stamp them, and send them to the organizer’s address (4th Magistralnaya St. 5/1, 1st floor, office 8, Moscow 123007, Russia).
  • After the organizer has signed the documents, one copy of the application and agreement shall be returned to the exhibitor along with an invoice.
  • If necessary, order and pay for Additional Services before October 8, 2008, according to the Service Directory.
  • Fill out the Material Presentation Form (conventional or nonconventional stand) no later than September 29, 2008. Those renting a conventional stand must fax or e-mail a Stand Layout using conventional notation.
  • Before September 1, 2008, deliver materials for publication in the printed and electronic versions (http://www.infocomtech.ru) of the official Exhibition Catalog, sending logos and advertising strips if necessary.
  • Obtain invitation cards to the exhibition and permanent passes (badges) before October 22, 2008.
  • Complete a letter of equipment entry-exit (will be posted on the site 2 weeks before the exhibition). Entry-exit services are paid.
  • Finish assembling, equipping, and decorating the stand before 11.00 on October 22, 2008.
  • Arrange for mandatory attendance of staff at your stand daily from 9.00 until the stand is placed under protection. The hall is secured starting at 18.00.
  • Remove display equipment before 20.00 on October 25, 2008.
  • Those renting nonconventional stands must dismantle and remove stand structures before 20.00 on October 27, 2008.
